The team at Kooth is so helpful and supportive. For someone who wants help but isn't ready to tell someone they kmnow, Kooth is a great option

We strive to understand what young people want. This is critical to unlocking system wide impacts that we see as the key to addressing the global crisis in youth mental health.

"You don't need referrals to access this. Nobody had to know, and it's anonymous. It's a great way of getting your feelings out there and getting the support you need right away for free, before it progressively gets worse."

Research underpins everything we do at Kooth

There is so much hidden rigour behind Kooth’s pioneering services. We have undertaken nearly two decades’ of research to inform our innovative and holistic service delivery.

The Theory of Change

Kooth’s Theory of Change sets out the theoretical underpinnings of Kooth for young people and separately for adults. This theory can then be used to guide evaluations and test the assumptions in the theory.
