We need to collect some personal data such as region and age so we can provide you with our service. Data also helps us to measure how we are performing and to improve our service. However, this does not compromise your anonymity.

We have a duty of care to safeguard your wellbeing. In some specific instances where we are concerned about your safety some details may be shared with relevant services.
