Talk through your anger management support needs with our friendly team

You can text-chat with a mental health practitioner for up to an hour about whatever you’re feeling.

We know many young people can’t log on during school hours, so our practitioners work evenings and weekends until 10pm, as well as during the day.

Write it down, let it out

Journalling can help you explore your emotions in a safe way, and track your progress over time.

Whether you need to express angry feelings, or explore the things that may trigger you, writing things down can give you a fresh perspective.
