Self-care is anything you do to look after your wellbeing, and it looks different for everyone. It might be as simple as prioritising a good night’s sleep or a nourishing breakfast, or taking time out of your day to do something kind for yourself.
While it might sound simple, in practice looking after ourselves isn’t always easy. But small daily steps can make a big difference to our physical and mental wellbeing.
