Talk about your anxiety with our friendly team
You can text-chat with a mental health practitioner about feelings of anxiety, worries, concerns, or anything else you’re feeling.
Our text-chat sessions run for up to an hour, and you can drop in whenever you feel like you need to.
We know many young people can’t log on during school hours, so our practitioners work evenings and weekends until 10pm, throughout the holidays, as well as during the day.
Write it down, let the anxiety out
Our journals help you express your feelings in a safe way, and track your progress over time.
Writing things down can really help you understand your triggers better and devise your own coping strategies to manage your symptoms.
