Has anyone ever told you not to bottle up your feelings? When we’re grieving, it’s not that unusual for us to bottle our emotions up, especially if we don’t know what to say, or how we really feel. The problem with keeping things to ourselves is that the longer we hold on to those feelings, the more fizzy everything gets. A bit like the bubbles in this bottle when I shake it.
