The Calm Zone

Welcome to the Calm Zone. When things feel tough it’s important to remember to make space for calming activities. Whether that’s going for a walk, or even a run, watching your favourite movie or speaking to someone who makes you feel calm, there are always things we can do to create a little calm.

We created the Calm Zone as an oasis of calm online. Sometimes the things we see and hear on the internet and social media can be challenging. There is a lot of bad news in our news feeds, but even when the content is positive, it can often be very stimulating and geared to excite us.

Consider the Calm Zone your place to find a little peace. It’s here for you, whenever you need it.

White noise tracks include soothing fan sounds, box fans, air conditioners, car sounds, aeroplane noise, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, spaceship and sci fi sounds.

Remember that loud sounds can potentially damage your hearing. When playing one these sounds, if you cannot have a conversation over the sound without raising your voice, the sound may be too loud for your ears.

The sounds are provided by Relaxing White Noise which is in no way associated with Kooth. They are for entertainment and relaxation purposes only and are not a treatment for sleep disorders or tinnitus.
