How can Kooth help?

Kooth is an online place to help young people like you with their mental health and wellbeing.

It’s a welcoming space to safely explore your feelings. Kooth is completely anonymous, so nobody will know who you are. You won’t be judged, and because Kooth is run by professional mental health practitioners, you will always feel safe.

There are lots of ways to find support, and we’re open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year..

You can text-chat with a mental health practitioner about whatever you’re feeling.

We know many young people can’t log on during school hours, so our practitioners work evenings and weekends as well as during the day.
