Mental health is a hot topic and, as a society, we’re getting much better at understanding the various ways our mental health and wellbeing can be impacted as we navigate through life.

Having said that, there are lots of terms, words and ideas that people talk about when discussing mental health, which can make it feel complicated and even a little intimidating.
